Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery overlooking the Mtkvari River, Mtskheta.

This photograph shows the historic town of Mtskheta with the cathedral of Svetitskhoveli in the foreground and the Jvari Monastery visible on the hill above the confluence of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers. Both monuments are among the most important religious and architectural landmarks in Georgia.
