This photograph documents the State Bank Office in Tbilisi in 1908. Designed by architects M. Oganjanov and R. Golenishchev, the building represents early 20th-century institutional architecture of Imperial-era Tiflis. Its monumental facade, classical columns, and arched central entrance reflect the financial and administrative importance of the institution within the urban fabric of the city.
