The photograph by Dmitri Jermakov shows the ornate iconostasis with gilded decorative elements, a multi-armed chandelier, carved wooden choir stalls and lecterns, and an upper-level gallery with balustrade. The seminary building, designed by architects Giovanni and Giuseppe Bernardazzi, was completed in 1838. This church served the seminary community throughout the Imperial era.
